Silvia Levenson
She received the Rakow Commission Award from The Corning Museum of Glass in 2004 , in 2008, she was a shortlisted nominee for the Bombay Sapphire Prize and in 2016 she received the Venice Glass Prize. She was artist in residence in 1995 and 1998 at Bullseye Glass Co,Portland (OR) , in 1996 at Musee Atelier de Verre de Sars Poteries, France and visiting artist at Australian University in Camberra in 2010.
Her work has been exhibited around the world and is a part of several public collections like The Corning Museum of Glass: New Mexico Museum of Art, Santa Fè; Fine Art Museum of Houston, Alexander Tutsek-Stiftung, Germany, Toledo Museum of Art, Racine Art Museum, Museo del Vetro di Murano, Venezia, Museo del Castello Sforzesco, Milan, Italy between others.
