I’m an emerging artist working with glass based in Sydney, Australia. I graduated with my Bachelor degree in 2004 at Australian National University School of Art in Canberra. Then in 2007 I continued my studies graduating with First Class Honours at Sydney College of the Arts Glass Studio, University of Sydney. Currently I am undertaking my Master of Visual Arts research degree at Sydney College of the Arts, University of Sydney. I use glass as a sculptural medium to explore ideas of the embodied memory. Drawing on the cultural memory of glass objects to convey meaning through my work, I am currently exploring how certain objects from ones past, particularly from the domestic environment, can invoke a reminiscing of another time and place.
