Hiyuli Liberman owns a Master of Arts (M.A in Arts) in glass, with distinction, from the University of Sunderland, UK and a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A) from Bezalel Academy of Art & Design, Jerusalem. Hiyuli graduated from “Kerem” Institute for Teachers’ Training, Jerusalem, with an art teacher diploma. She teaches art in diverse communities: children, young adults, veterans and pensioners. She exhibits her work in museums, galleries and alternative spaces in Israel and abroad including the three major group exhibitions of Israeli Glass at Eretz Israel Museum, Tel Aviv (“Israeli Glass 2015”, “Israeli Glass 2011”, “Fragile Reality” 2007), a group exhibition at Bar-David Museum of Art and Judaica in Bar’am, Upper Galilee; “Transparent/Opaque , The Second Jewish Biennale in Jerusalem at Skriball Museum of Biblical Archeology (Hebrew Union College), 2015, Artists’ Greenhouse, Fresh Paint #4, Contemporary Art Fair , Tel Aviv (2011) and others. Hiyuli had several solo exhibitions amongst them “Essence” at Tel Aviv Artist’s House in Tel Aviv (2012) and “State of Matter”, Nachshon Gallery, Kibbtz Nachshon (2004).
