Housekeeper – Cleaner

A great opportunity has arisen for a experienced Housekeeper / Cleaner to join the North Lands Creative Team in the village of Lybster.

Liaising with the General manager, you will be responsible for looking after the North Lands Accommodation, which consists of two self-catering properties as well as the upkeep communal spaces within the North Lands Creative studio ( office, bathrooms and kitchen)

Duties will include : 

• Making beds, laundry, cleaning kitchens & toilets, floors, polishing, vacuuming etc. 
• Liaising with the Operations Manager to oversee accommodation bookings and provide support and communication for guests prior to and during their stay.
• Care taking of internal fixtures and fittings alongside the North Lands Creative Handyman and making sure that accommodation is in perfect condition to welcome guests.
• Monitoring and stock levels of cleaning supplies and consumables for replenishment.

The ideal candidate will come from a hospitality or customer service background. Good communication skills and a priority on customer service are essential. 

Evening and Weekend work maybe required and may require loan working. Whilst in this role you may be required to assist in other areas so should be flexible in your approach to work.

The hours may vary, dependant on the programme of the campus and accommodation bookings with a minimum requirement of 8 hours per week.
