Born and raised in Tel Aviv, Israel, Tali earned a B.A. and M.A. in Business and Psychology from Tel Aviv University. In 2004, she moved to the USA, and currently resides in Walnut Creek, California. Tali has studied glass, taking workshops at Pilchuck Glass School, Corning Museum of glass, Northlands Creative Glass, Pittsburgh Glass Center and Bullseye Resource Centers. She attended two professional residencies at Pilchuck glass school and was invited to a residency at North Lands Creative Glass, Scotland, UK. Her work was selected as a finalist at The International Exhibition of Glass Kanazawa Japan in 2016. She is the first prize winner of The Glass Prize 2017 international competition, UK. Her work was selected for the New Glass Review 39. Her work is exhibited in galleries and museums across the U.S., Europe and Asia.
