GLASS MEET THE FUTURE FILM FESTIVAL 2021

20 march 2021 - 04 april 2021

Synopsis

Amy’s father died suddenly when she was eighteen. Stronger than Glass was filmed on his birthday in 2020 at Tilbury, UK, the site of a historic landfill along the River Thames where Victorian glassware is revealed every low tide. Bringing these two realities together, Stronger than Glass becomes a meditation on fragility and endurance, on rebuilding following tragedy, and on reverence for the past without allowing it to define you. This intimate film is an acknowledgement of grief, an affirmation of love, and an act of determination.
