Born in 1980 in Quebec, Canada, I first graduated with a Bachelor of Mathematics. I then travelled the world and settled in Japan for a few years, where I worked as an English teacher. It is upon my return to my home country in 2010 that I started studying art – and I never looked back. I recently completed a Master’s degree in Glass Art and Science at Universidade Nova de Lisboa and now share my time between Canada and Portugal, where I continue to develop my artistic projects. My practice is multidisciplinary, engaging mostly with sculpture and installation and integrating a wide variety of materials and techniques. Some of my current projects also involve photography and explore more particularly the fleeting patterns that sometimes seem to emerge from the chaos of everyday life – the silence beyond the noise.
